Episode 245 welcomes back Dr Felix Bertram, a Dermatologist and Business Entrepreneur from Zurich, Switzerland. 

Felix is a returning guest to the podcast (previously on episode 198) and in addition to his clinical expertise he is an incredibly successful businessman with numerous other revenue streams. As a result of his business acumen and investments, he is also a judge on the Swiss TV show 'Die Höhle der Löwen' (similar to Shark Tank in Australia or Dragon's Den in the UK).

In this episode we explore the current business challenges that clinics are facing and get some insights into the European perspective. We discuss how clinics who are strugging can re-invigorate their strategies and gain momentum into 2024. We also pose a deeper question that needs to be understood for long-term success - 'Do injectors really understand their 'why'?
