Diana Rodgers, RD, LDN is a "real food" Licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist living on a working organic farm in New England. She runs an active nutrition practice where she helps people with weight, metabolic, and intestinal issues recover their health through diet and lifestyle. Alex Petrovich (a.k.a AL Yeti Bones) is a musician, husband, father and also the author of a music industry book called "The Mistakes I've Made". His weight loss journey started four years ago when he weighed 315 lbs. Alex had always struggled with excess weight and began a ketogenic lifestyle 4 years ago that saw an initial weight loss but stalled out after a while. It wasn't until he found the Carnivore animal based diet that everything kicked into high gear. He is down 125 lbs and has been able to keep it off ever since.
