We go deep into the rabbit hole about binge eating in this podcast. It is audio from a video I made here in Chumphon Thailand. Home of the worlds best mangosteens.
This was a fun one to make. Lots of my young male audience ask me this question via DM. It is time I dropped some TRUTH BOMBS on this topic.
Listen in and enjoy the show! :)
What are the benefits of either way of eating? After 18 years high carb vegan I can honestly say nothing comes close to the vitality, performance, health, and pragmatic benefits of a raw till 4 style way of eating.
I get the benefits of fruit for breakfast and lunch and get the satiation and unbeatable carbohydrate performance of starches and sugars.
The most important 3 food groups for humans are sugar, starches and fruits. Make sure you get as much of either 3 every day for the best energy in life!
My top 4 foods for emotional and physical performance are sugar, RIPE bananas, white rice and corn.
Jason Fonger and I doing a bit of a chat in Chiang Mai Thailand. Jason Fonger has a podcast called The Vegan Champion.
Ive been vegan since April 2001 and never met anyone with a protein deficiency or have heard of anyone with one. I beaten thousands of meat eating cyclists and runners in competitions, events and training sessions since being a vegan and at age 41 many of them now are 10- 20 years younger than me. The truth is you always get enough protein to be an elite level athlete if you eat 100% vegan diet. Otherwise I would be dead by now from protein deficiency and finishing back of the back instead of winning or being up the front in any 5k or marathon I do.
Here in South Australia the fastest 5k, 10k, half marathon and marathon runners are vegan now. Crazy hey! The Kenyan diet really does work best for staying lean and getting your fastest out of yourself.
SO much misinformation out there on sugar and it is mostly given and received by fat people who are clearly eating too much fat and as a result have given themselves diabetes or other sugar metabolic issues from an overworked insulin system that is in a body whose owner abuses fat intake on a daily/weekly basis causing massive insulin resistance.
Recorded this in Sydney Australia. It was a voice over I used in a video with drone footage from Samal Island Philippines. Enjoy! :)
