In this episode, I step a little beyond Dyslexia and talk about something that is rarely discussed...ADHD with Dyslexia.

So why is this important to me? Well, I am someone with dyslexia who then, later in life, discovered I also had ADHD! Like Dyslexia, there is so much confusion around ADHD! Finally, Noone really talks about the similarities and differences between dyslexia and ADHD.

In this episode, I will share with you my experience of discovering I have ADHD, what that moment felt like, and what I, and what I encourage others to do about it so that you can put in place strategies which work with our brains and not against it!
