I know, shocking, right? We often expect our doctors to be the "know all, be all, end all" of medical information, and as much as they want to help us... they just don't get the in-depth training necessary on every single area... And ADHD is one of them.
This Q&A session covers my top recommendations when it comes to prepping for an ADHD Diagnosis appointment.
Don't get me wrong, I truly believe most doctors want to help us and their hearts are in the right place.
I also believe it's important to be our own advocates by making sure we understand our diagnosis and we're prepared to ask the right questions.
