This time of year, the Flu Vaccine is widely recommended in Pregnancy and a COVID-19 Booster is now also being offered.

So, why are they recommended and are they safe? Dr Zoe Williams is here to give us the key facts and current updated advice that you need to know...

Consuming adequate vitamins and minerals such as Folic Acid, Zinc, Vitamin D, Iodine and Vitamin K are really important whilst you grow your baby.
