The Philadelphia Eagles and Seattle Seahawks are coming into the playoffs going in opposite directions. The Eagles needed to win their final four games in December just to make the playoffs and win the NFC East with a 9-7 record. The Seahawks clinched a playoff spot after a Week 15 victory, but while the Eagles were taking down their divisional rivals, the Seahawks lost each one of their division games to their NFC West rivals. Seattle comes up just a yard short of hosting a playoff game and instead go back to face an Eagles team they beat 17-9 earlier this season.
While their records against division rivals have gone in the opposite directions, both the Eagles and Seahawks are struggling through injuries. Seattle's best offensive lineman is expected to be out for this game, but so is the Eagles Pro Bowl guard who Michael Kist of Bleeding Green Nation says has been Philadelphia's best player on offense this year. History is not on the side of the Eagles going into this matchup either. Tune in and hear just how bad the Eagles record has been at home against the Seahawks over the last 30 years.
