Who is Emilio Arciniega?
Emilio, an influencer marketing expert and talent acquisition entrepreneur, began his career in talent management at 18, collaborating with OG YouTube stars and the boyband Boyce Avenue. After earning a business degree at Newcastle University, he shifted into a full-time role managing talent and YouTube content for the same band. His journey started as a runner for his sister, where he delved into digital marketing, focusing on YouTube content for five years. When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted his tour work, Emilio and his wife founded OUTREACH, successfully partnering with major brands like H&M, Lad Bible, Flannels, Pandora, Rimmel London, Sky, L'Oréal, and more. Their diverse talent roster includes content creators, beauty ambassadors, TV personalities, with plans for expansion in the future.
