Eliot is the founder of Wagonheim Law, a business and construction firm based in Hunt Valley, Maryland.  Now in his 28th year in practice, Eliot represents small to medium-sized businesses in a wide array of industries in both litigation and corporate matters.  

Eliot has been selected as a Maryland Super Lawyer as well has having been named one of SmartCEO Magazine’s Legal Elite as a “go-to” business lawyer.  He holds the coveted AV rating (excellent to pre-eminent) compiled by Martindale-Hubbell and based on peer review for legal ability and ethical values.
