Hello, and welcome to a guided meditation for manifesting what you want. Have you ever heard the phrase, "where intention goes, energy flows?" Wherever you hold your attention, that is where you will see movement. This works in both positive and negative ways. If you are worried about something and cannot seem to quit seeing a situation in a negative way, there's a pretty good chance that situation will play out how you are visualizing it. If you are consciously trying to visualize the same situation in a positive way, it will most likely work out well for you. Let's work to manifest what we want for our future, and remember to only think positive thoughts around these things.
