Allan is a BJJ black belt under Malachy Friedman. He got his start in BJJ from trying out MMA and got hooked after taking a little time away from it. He is a father, active duty sailor, and current instructor. He has some amazing takes on training and balancing his everyday life. There is even a little trash talk for some fun.
