  • Stepping Into Masculinity With Faith & Intention Building Health With Vision: Aligning Your Body, Mind & Purpose with Dr. John Arns
In this episode, Ellie sits down with Dr. John Arns to discuss what it really takes to build lasting health. Together they explore the concept of the “Triad of Health”—structural, chemical, and emotional balance—and why all three are essential for men who want to feel strong, focused, and resilient.
Dr. Arns shares how alignment of the spine and nervous system affects overall function, why nutritional foundations matter more than ever in today’s world, and how emotional health and stress management influence everything from energy to recovery.
The conversation also dives into the importance of vision—how having a clear purpose in life can guide healthier decisions and help people stay the course even when life becomes challenging.
This episode offers a practical framework for men who want to take ownership of their health and live with strength, clarity, and purpose.

  • Beyond Speech — The Nervous System, Jaw Health & Myofunctional Therapy with Denise Lowe, MA, CCC-SLP
What if speech challenges, jaw pain, mouth breathing, or even poor sleep weren’t just isolated issues — but nervous system signals?
In this week’s episode, I sit down with Denise Lowe, Speech Language Pathologist, to explore the powerful connection between oral function, nervous system regulation, and whole-body health.
    We unpack:
    • What myofunctional therapy actually is
    • Why tongue posture, swallowing patterns, and breathing matter more than you think
    • The hidden signs parents often miss in their children
    • How jaw tension, clenching, and grinding connect to stress physiology
    • What Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) is — and how it helps regulate subconscious stress patterns
    • Why addressing both structure and nervous system function changes outcomes
This conversation goes far beyond articulation. We talk about sleep quality, TMD, chronic tension, airway development, communication struggles, and the emotional patterns that can quietly drive physical symptoms.
If you or your child experience mouth breathing, speech delays, clenching, jaw pain, chronic tension, or sleep disruption — this episode will open your eyes to a deeper root-cause lens.
    Because healing isn’t just mechanical.
    It’s neurological.
    It’s emotional.
    And it’s functional.

  • No, They Don’t “Grow Out of It” — The Airway Truth About Kids & Adults
Most parents are told the same thing:
    “They’ll grow out of it.”
Snoring. Mouth breathing. Grinding. ADHD symptoms. Crooked teeth.
    But what if they don’t?
In this powerful conversation, Ellie sits down with airway-focused dentist Dr. Jamie St. Marie to unpack the truth behind pediatric airway development — and why what looks cosmetic on the outside may be deeply functional underneath.
    You’ll learn:
    • Why crooked teeth are often a structural message
    • The difference between cosmetic orthodontics and functional expansion
    • How mouth breathing shapes the face, brain, and nervous system
    • Why “wait and see” can become adult fatigue, anxiety, and sleep apnea
    • The real difference between Phase One and Phase Two orthodontics
    • What options exist for adults who were missed as kids
This episode is not about perfect smiles.
    It’s about foundation.
Because children don’t grow out of airway issues.
They grow into adults who are tired, wired, inflamed, and grinding their teeth at night.
If you’re a parent — or an adult who’s been told your symptoms are “normal” — this episode may change everything.

  • Elevate Your Gut Health. Balance Your Microbiome w/ Practitioner Katie
Elevate your health starting with the foundation.
In this episode, Ellie sits down with Katie to unpack why gut-first healing matters and how true restoration goes far beyond probiotics, cleanses, or symptom suppression.
Together, they explore how the gut microbiome influences digestion, hormones, immunity, inflammation, mood, and energy — and why so many people stay stuck when they guess instead of test. Katie shares what she sees clinically, the most common gut patterns holding clients back, and how data-driven functional testing, including comprehensive stool testing from Vibrant America, brings clarity and precision to the healing process.
You’ll also learn more about GutWell, Katie’s 6-month, practitioner-led gut restoration program designed to rebalance the microbiome, uncover root digestive dysfunction, and restore whole-body vitality through personalized protocols, targeted nutrition, and ongoing clinical support.
This conversation is for anyone dealing with chronic digestive symptoms, hormone imbalance, inflammation, food sensitivities, or the feeling that their body just isn’t responding — even when they’re “doing all the right things.”
    Inside this episode:
Why surface-level gut fixes often fail
What functional stool testing reveals that standard labs miss
How the microbiome impacts hormones, immunity, and the nervous system
What makes the GutWell Program different from one-time consults or cleanses
Who gut restoration is truly for — and when deeper support is needed

  • Inflammation... What's it Trying To Tell You?
    Inflammation isn’t the enemy—it’s information.
In this episode, we unpack what inflammation really is, why so many women are walking around inflamed without realizing it, and how chronic inflammation quietly disrupts hormones, metabolism, gut health, brain clarity, and energy.
We’ll talk through the hidden drivers of inflammation most people miss—blood sugar swings, nervous system overload, gut dysfunction, toxin exposure, and nutrient depletion—and why simply “eating clean” or exercising harder often isn’t enough.
This conversation is about restoring balance, not fear. You’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of how your body communicates, how inflammation becomes chronic, and the practical, root-cause steps that actually calm the system so healing can happen.
If you’ve been told your labs are “normal” but you don’t feel normal… this episode is for you.

  • When Stress Shows Up in the Body: A Nervous System Asking for Safety | 219
What if your body isn’t failing you—but faithfully communicating with you?
In this episode, we explore what’s really happening when stress starts to show up physically: fatigue, tension, digestive issues, anxiety, hormone disruption, and burnout that no amount of “trying harder” seems to fix. Through a nervous-system–informed lens, we’ll unpack why these symptoms aren’t signs of a broken body, but signals of a body asking for safety.
This is a gentle, grounding conversation for women who are tired of fixing and ready to start listening. We’ll talk about stress, regulation, and what it actually means to support healing at the root—especially in seasons of motherhood, leadership, and constant demand.
If you’ve ever felt like your body is working against you, this episode is an invitation to pause, breathe, and reconsider what healing might really require.
