In 2017, Emily Hall was 37 weeks pregnant and preparing for a beautiful future with her husband Matt, when the unthinkable happened. Matt died suddenly one weekend and she found herself joining a club she never wanted to be a part of … a widow at 30.

In this conversation, Mia speaks to Emily about how she balanced soaking in the joy of being a new mother, while also grieving the sudden loss of her husband, and finding love again.
