At the beginning of my career, I couldn’t learn enough. Then around maybe year 2-3, I found myself feeling too busy to get better. I could write a killer contract, won the majority of the listing appointments I went on and was closing 40-50 transactions per year … so what else could I possibly need to know? See I thought training meant basics that I already knew. I also thought I didn’t have time to learn anything new. How wrong I was. It was only when I was introduced to higher quality, higher value training (initially through Brian Buffini’s courses!) that my eyes were opened … and my business too off for the better. On today’s episode of Empowering Women in Real Estate® - The Podcast I’ll be sharing my favorite ways to learn (it doesn’t mean just sitting in a classroom or traveling to an event!) as well the tactical ways I find time to learn every single day. There is such a push and so much pressure in our industry for numbers …   Achieving a certain amount of sales, calling a certain number of people, closing a certain number of deals each year.   Yes, all of these metrics are important, but what I think many of us forget is that this is a people business.
