Welcome back to The Simplicity Sessions, I'm delighted that you’ve joined us today. Welcome back to another episode of The Simplicity Sessions. There are many things to do with Christmas approaching, such as cooking and decorating a Christmas tree. The holiday season can be a stressful time as there is so much going on in our lives. We run around to buy presents, bake so much food, host and attend dinner and holiday parties. It can be a stressful time of year, where we beat ourselves up to try to keep up with everything. We want our kids to have it all. We want our families to have it all. We want it all.  

But today, I will be giving you some advice on how to prepare for Christmas, whether it's through nutrition, exercise, or other means. Also included are some ideas and activities you may do ahead of time, in the moment, or even afterward.
