In this program Dr. Anderson will take a deeper dive into “how” energy is made, the mechanics of the process and how that can relate to common energy draining situations. How the brain’s perception of energy affects how we feel and how the energy producing mitochondria in our cells create what we feel as “energy” will be discussed.
