We had an incredibly honest (and fun) conversation with Canada's Sweetheart and friend, Cheryl Hickey, host of Entertainment Tonight Canada. Cheryl received more no's than yeses on the road to becoming who she is today and shares the realization that what you put out is what you get back. A lesson her mom taught her a long time ago. A valuable takeaway in an industry that, in the beginning, can be competitive and messy. Cheryl has interviewed powerful celebrities in Hollywood including Ryan Reynolds, Taylor Swift, Brad Pitt and Oprah Winfrey. She works closely with Toronto's SickKids Foundation and with Plan International Canada, an organization dedicated to advancing children's rights and equality for girls in over 75 countries across the globe.
