5. How is it going to impact the stakeholders? Scared, nervous, excited, worried, no idea yet.
Ultimate goal of the above is for you to gain understanding of the change initiative to help you add value for the next step of management of the transition for child from primary to

Upon completion of setting the goals required to the achieve the vision. This is simply the management of the people (your child) and impacted stakeholders to complete the change activities required for successful adoption.

2. How do you gain their continued support and engagement?
