This is the very first episode of the magazine style podcast Aid Station. Running endurance coach and Ultra marathon mid-pack runner Kevin, presents Ultra News, Coaching Advice, Trail Tips and talks about himself. Of course all with the aim of helping Ultra running listeners to gain motivation and improvement.
