I have been putting off starting a podcast for two years. I was always making excuses as to why I couldn't out of fear. Fear that I wouldn't do well, fear that no one would listen, fear that it would be a "waste" of time. But it was time that I started practicing what I preach - when I feel that curiosity spark, I need to chase it!

In my first ever podcast episode, (eeep!), I'm going to show you the real behind-the-scenes me. How I felt like there was something wrong with me and how I learned I was not alone. What I went through to get to where I am today and what I'm currently doing and how it can help you.
