I’ve hired lots of companies over the years for a variety of tasks. And I have been an amazing client and I have been a terrible client. Usually how good of a client I am has a lot to do with how good the process is of the person I’ve hired. That’s why I’m always harping on the idea that if you have a great process, you can turn almost anyone into an amazing client.
That’s the dream, right?
