Doesn't it seem like everyone is slashing carbs, cutting calories & opting for lettuce with dressing on the side these days? Maybe in all fairness it's because we are experiencing an increase of diet culture trends, contributing to a $33 billion dollar industry in America alone.
But do not be alarmed. You are allowed to embrace healing. You are allowed to be anti-diet!
Yes, it can be really tricky when others are sharing weight loss photos, low calorie recipes & Ozempic details....but you have permission to recover sis! You are allowed to leave their junk right where it belongs -> with them!

According to the National Eating Disorder Association, 35% of all dieters progress to pathological dieting, & 25% of those develop eating disorders. WOW!
So what do you do when a coworker, friend, spouse or family member is on a diet & you are on the opposite path to freedom?
