More specifically, being mindful of when and what you're eating in order to allow your levels of insulin, our fat storage hormone, to rise in reaction to typical increases in blood sugar, then fall back down when its work is done. 

There's so much that we could discuss regarding optimizing diet and lifestyle for menopause weight loss, but sometimes we all just need some quick and easy wins. So in this episode of the Vibrant Menopause Podcast, I'll be sharing 5 simple blood sugar hacks to turn any meal into a meal geared towards menopause weight loss.
