Happy New Year! As we head into 2022 many of us are experiencing a mixed bag of emotions. I know I am for sure. These last two years have been tough, and as much as we might hate to admit it, there's a lot of uncertainty heading into this year. And while I am hopeful and optimistic that this will be an amazing year for all of us, it is important to take time to reflect and heal on this last year before we just dive into the grind of 2022. So I wanted to start the year off with a few ideas about closing up last year properly and moving into 2022 in a healthy way
