This show was recorded live on the Sunshine Coast at the MBRR running festival, it was such a great experience for myself and Matt, it was a real highlight to interview the legendary Guy Schweitzer, who is known for his ultra crazy running challenges but in this podcast we focus more on his run from Perth to Brisbane. It was a really inspiring interview and I think we all came away from it pumped up ready to go the extra mile in our running & also in life!
