Big week to re cap! The crew went to compete at the Sunshine Coast Paladin event. Nathan took out the over 50's Solo event whilst Woolley and Fraser came home 4th in the teams event.

Matt is already in Tasmania and is putting some decent runs together and has excepted a pacing gig for the half at this weeks event 'The Hobart Airport Marathon Festival'
