Maybe the hospital gave you support but once you arrived home, it became all about baby and no one was helping to take care of you.

If that is a struggle you went through (or are continuing to go through), you are absolutely not alone. This is so common, in fact, that Allison Lieberman, a licensed marriage and family therapist, perinatal mental health and certified Clini-Coach®, decided to create an entire program around it.

Allie Lieberman is the CEO/Founder of Rooted in Harmony Counseling, a virtual group counseling practice in California. She was seeing in her own practice that moms needed help way before they arrived at therapy but didn't know what to do or who to turn to. There was a huge gap that needed to be filled, so she then created The New Mama Mentor®, a coaching practice dedicated to working new moms.
