I am so excited about todays episode; Rebecca shares her personal experience with HA, over exercise, binging and anxiety as well as a positive and inspiring insight into her happy, healthy and balanced lifestyle now. What I love most about this journey is it isn't the typical 'I have HA, I must recover, I will go all in' kind of journey. Instead its almost like Rebeccas body forced her into recovery when she started binging and gaining weight as well as sustaining injuries which prevented excessive amounts of cardio/training.
