We have a new Vegan recipe this week from Derek Sarno. You might know Derek from Wicked Foods, which he started with his brother, Chad. 

Derek has since left Wicked Foods & has an amazing YouTube chanel, where he makes some incredible vegan recipes. 

This week, we made his eggplant fillets, buffalo potato spears, and a wonderful slaw.
