Our Main Topic this week takes a hard look at how Avian Influenza and the spread in if it in confined animal farming are on the way to becoming a recipe for the next global pandemic. Why aren't our governments admitting the correlation? How will the decimation of US health agencies affect our ability to control the spread of avian flu?
