Health Heroes!

Max Casa was diagnosed with a hereditary degenerative muscle disease that plagued many of his family with multiple surgeries, wheelchairs and early death. Luckily his parents decided to enroll him into martial arts at an early age to try and help him stabilize his body. Max noticed incremental improvements over the years from martial arts and was even able to play sports in high school. During his junior year he was exposed to a float tank and that experience rocketed his body and mind to a complete recovery to lead a healthy, happy life.

Max and I talk about the power of these float tanks for improved physical and emotional health. These tanks are loaded with magnesium salt, they are completely dark and soundproof and the experience is tremendous. As a young man Max has definitely done the spiritual work to open his heart and truly work on helping others.
