Join me next Wednesday for Group Hypnosis on Zoom!
This deep sleep hypnosis session is perfect for bedtime. My voice gently guides you into a dreamy meditation as you contemplate ideas about the conscious and unconscious. Waves of healing relaxation blend into hypnotic suggestions inspired by the work of Dr. John Sarno, letting you know that it is safe to acknowledge emotions and feel better. These gentle suggestions may be all that a person needs to release chronic discomfort.
Knowing that physical pain can prevent emotions from breaking through the surface can make it easy to see that some pain has an emotional purpose. Learning that it may be safe to feel certain emotions or at least acknowledge them may convince the subconscious that there is no longer a need for physical pain. Also, recognizing that a person's pain may not be harmful beyond the limitations of discomfort can begin to dissolve fear and make room for more healing.
Dr. Sarno was a compassionate medical doctor who refused to overlook the mind-body connection. I am truly grateful for having benefited so much from his writing and lectures. This session is may way of paying forward some of that goodness, not be a goodest. Haha, you'll have to read the book to get that one.
