I am a firm believer in doing things before you’re “ready.” Because no one is ever “ready,” you're just scared. That fear sometimes drives my clients to do more research or get another certification, just so they can push their courage project down the line. But that’s not necessarily what that fear is trying to tell you to do.

Fear isn’t there to keep you from your dreams - that fear is there as proof that you care. You care about your dreams, you care about changing your life for the better, you care about yourself and the kind of life you want to give yourself. If you didn’t care, you wouldn’t keep thinking about it! It’s time to lean in, follow that fear, and take courageous action.
