"Being an intellectualizer isn't a negative thing; it just means that you love to think about things. So, they're just a very logical person, one that likes to look for the reason behind, "I need to know why this worked." So, it's not necessarily a negative thing. In my space, when it comes to emotions, it does quite help to know why you are feeling this way and what that means for your path. But it doesn't really help you in that moment. It doesn't prevent you from, you know, yelling at your partner. It doesn't get you out of that anxiety attack, and so that's when it becomes a problem.
