10K training
We’re continuing to semi train for our London 10K in July, so in a bit of a stress we’ve downloaded a super quick 4-week training plan as we haven’t been taking things seriously enough. If you’re in the same position, we’re using a four-week 60-minute 10K training plan from the Women’s Running website (just here).

Then we’re bringing in some running questions – we’re going back to basics, and telling you guys why we run, and what we like about it. We’d love to hear your answers here too so do please get in touch with your why, and what you like about it!
