Happy Thanksgiving!

Let's be honest for a moment… This weekend is basically the Olympics of old family patterns, emotional eating triggers, and conversations you definitely did not sign up for—sprinkled, of course, with a little gratitude.

So I thought: What better time to share something powerful I brought home from Tony Robbins' Unleash the Power Within last month?

If Tony can get people walking on fire (yes, including me!), then surely we can get through Thanksgiving without diving headfirst into the stuffing bowl.

In this week's podcast episode, I'm breaking down one of the simplest yet most transformative reminders Tony shared during UPW. It's something you're already doing moment by moment, whether you realize it or not:
