We explore living our liberation now through relationships, community engagement, involvement and organizing, healing, embodiment, boundaries, what we say "yes" and "no" to– how that cultivates trust or distrust (with others and within ourselves), and tuning into our true selves as we shift, age, and evolve. We also discuss the different cultural contexts and lived experiences that inform what liberation looks, feels, and is like in each of our lives.
