This month marks 12 years (!!!) since I got certified as a kettlebell instructor, and along the way I’ve trained a lot of people, both in person and online. More than I can count, really.
One of the things I’ve found is that when it comes to crossing over into the next step in their training, one of the most common questions people will ask me is “How do I keep all the strength I built doing X, Y, and Z exercises when moving on to new ones?”
