Firstly a shout out to Joe O´Leary and Kevin Leahy who have just completed what has been described as the longest hardest high level route in Ireland, "The Iveragh Traverse". Kevin and Joe ran for 22 hours, facing all the elements nature could throw at them, sunburn and windchill, over 47 summits, 85km and 7,500m overall ascent. Well done guys, hope the recovery is going well.

We´ve also news on the UTMB and René Borg brings us a fascinating discussion on "Deliberate Practice".

Our feature interview this week is with the great Jonathan Wyatt:

It´s a really enjoyable chat with Jonathan ranging from his work with the WMRA to reminiscing about those legendary days when he was Champion of the World, including one win on home soil in New Zealand, and Jonathan also chats about his two runs in the Olympic Games.
