It is peak season for Trail and Mountain Running both home and abroad, lots of great racing going on in IMRA with the Maurice Mullins and the Juniors flying the flag in the British and Irish Junior Championships, Seven Sisters Skyline recently, Kerry Way Ultra this weekend, EcoTrail Wicklow coming up and this week we talk to the first Irish finisher in last weeks UTMB in Chamonix, Irish Ultra and Trail Running Legend Eoin Keith.
