In today's episode I am having a conversation with my friend Lindsey Pollak who just finished her latest book, "Recalculating: Navigate Your Career Through The Changing World of Work." Lindsey's new book will be released in March 2021.

During this pandemic and through many other economic recessions we've all had to think about how we shift our lives during a time of crisis and major unexpected change...We pivot or Recalculate.

The idea is that we aren't meant to do 1 thing for our entire lives. We have to be flexible to try new things and see how they feel to us so that we can find the ultimate thing that makes us happy and fuels our passion.
