There are three universal meltdowns that we all experience: the pre-date meltdown, the changing room meltdown, and the I have nothing to wear meltdown. On today’s episode, Tinx tackles the “I have nothing to wear meltdown” which she dealt with over the weekend. Tinx talks about how difficult it can be to feel good about yourself when you’re deep in negative self-talk, but wants everyone to remember it’s important to label it and know that it’s just panic, not reality. Plus, Tinx addresses a DM she received on Instagram about perceived contradictions in what she says about her body image and reminds everyone that while you might go through phases of not loving how you look, it doesn’t change who you are on the inside.
