How was your weekend?
Mine was WAYYY too short! I spent some of it chasing my 5 year old on training wheels & some of it watching my 9 year old train for the minor leagues. Did I mention, I also managed to save a baby deer? Yep. I literally ran across a busy highway holding a wild animal, screaming at the top of my lungs. I apologize in advance if you were a bystander!
Oh, how I love that summer is almost here! But, one major highlight of my weekend was spending some quality time on the mic recording today's episode just for you.
In Episode 42, I talk about 7 common myths & misconceptions of disordered eating & how knowing the truth can actually help set you FREE!
