Nicky, fiancé, mama to be, originally from NZ and now living in Canberra. Nicky started her professional career in finance however I recently changed paths to be a Integrative Nutrition Coach, and then going on to complete the advanced hormone course. Nicky loves sharing her experience and helping women achieve mind/body balance. As a result, she started up her own coaching business to help women balance hormones naturally & recovery from Hypothalamic Amenorrhea.
Nicky’s journey is a unique one and I am so happy to have the opportunity to share it with you.
