Welcome to Episode 47 of the Trail Running Ireland Podcast!
A race like no other, and not just a race but perhaps the best team competition out there on the hills of not only Ireland, but dare I say it Europe. There´s a big field of 35 teams. A long attritional course of 8 legs over 104km. There´s the potential for disaster, theres the possibility of glory and that’s where we head for in this weeks episode with an interview with the captain of the winning team, David Power from Rathfarnham WSAF athletics club as well as some expert analysis of the race from Rene Borg of Running Coach Ireland. Everybody get your running gear on, lets go!
A reminder we would be very grateful if you got a chance to pop over to Patreon where the contribution of 3 euros a month helps keep us going. All the 3 euros add up and it just means we can allocate the time every month to produce the show so if you like what we do in terms of helping to grow trail running in Ireland or even just enjoy the company on the runs, we´d be very grateful if you pop over to our Patreon page when you can.
