My guest today, Mary Alvizures, was always a shy woman who loved behind the assistant behind the other person. But over time she evolved. She recognized her strengths and potential within having her own spotlight and decided to leave being an assistant behind. 

Mary is sharing how she went from the shy assistant to stepping into her role as an entrepreneur and working for herself!

There is so much goodness in this episode. We talk about things like:

• How Human Design gave her freedom and permission to be herself
• Recognizing how to grow her business when the cold calling type of strategy wasn't for her
• Starting her first business with a partner but realizing it wasn't a good fit
