We were recently at the Inaugral European Athletics Off Road Running Championships where we got to witness live, the best male Irish performance in an international championship in 30 years as Zak Hanna was the stand out Irish performance with a superb 5th position in the Uphill Only race, mixing it up with the very best in Europe. We night not have the Alps or the Pyrenees, but Zak has the Mournes and he joined us last week to tell us about his superb run.
