Tinx went through a spiritual and wellness revolution in her 20’s, which is why today’s episode is dedicated to you and yours!  Starting with jealousy.  Instead of acting on jealous feelings, acknowledge them before shifting your perspective and moving on.   Then Tinx draws from her personal experiences as she goes through ways our egos can be activated.  Fun fact: she named hers Mr. Ego because of its rambunctiousness.  Tinx says the way to overcome both jealousy and ego is through gratitude.  To close out this episode she shares her daily gratitude practice and resources to discover our own.
