When beginning your development, there are many of questions to ask. Will these trees play a factor in to my property development plans? Will the sewage or underground mines affect me progressing with my development? 

If these are questions you are asking yourself it’s time to put in the work and do your due diligence. Always make sure to have a full report so you can make sure there will be no issues when breaking ground on your development. It’s better to know upfront what factors could play a role in your development and potentially walk away if they are not worth it versus going forward with a project that could cost you more than it’s worth.
