Dr Lisa is a mum and a public health researcher. The focus of her research is the design and implementation of health promotion programs. Lisa started Play Nourish Thrive while on maternity leave. After recognising a gap of evidence-based info on parental well-being on social media. Lisa also has an online shop where she carries a selection of baby products that she has researched extensively and uses with her own baby.
